Terrell “Bone” Douglas Kirby, 41 of Syracuse, passed away unexpectedly on October 31st, 2023.
Born to Sherrill Kirby and Ricky Pace, Terrell and his twin sister Terry made their debut into this world on November 4th 1981.
He lived most of his life in Syracuse, but spent a couple of years in the WNY region before returning to his hometown. Terrell is a 2001 graduate of Nottingham High School and was known best known for his rhythmic dance moves and flair for urban fashion.
When he was not working, some of his favorite pastimes included spending time with his loved ones, playing video games, reading fictional and fantasy novels, and binge watching shows on the different streaming apps.
Terrell is survived by his wife, Latoya (Watson) Kirby; children, Shimea Kirby, Terrell Kirby, Jr., Tyrell Kirby, Tajione Kirby, Semaria McMillan, and Amari Kirby; parents, Sherrill (Kirby) Griffin and Ricky Pace; siblings Terry (Kirby) Chimwaza, Ricky Kirby, Chaz Griffin, Jerome Griffin, Rochelle (Pace) White, Bridgette McQueen, Rickyia Pace, and Myron Pace; grandchildren Kehlani Kirby, Ty’kiere Kirby, Qua’lonna Kirby; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, November 9th from 4-7pm at Burns-Garfield Funeral Home.
