Roth W. Pynn

Roth W. Pynn, aged 54, beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend passed away on May 17, 2016 in Baltimore, MD. Roth was born in Syracuse, NY and was a graduate of Jamesville-Dewitt High School and Paul Smith College. He resided with his family in Beecher, IL, just south of Chicago. After owning and operating his own restaurant, Roth moved on to pursue his passion for the culinary arts with Sodexo for more than 25 years.

He is survived by the love of his life, Elizabeth (Purdy) with whom he was married for 31 years and his two children: Mallory Elizabeth of Iowa City, IA and Andrew Roth of Beecher, IL. Roth is also survived by his parents Philip and Lois Pynn of Jamesville, brothers Steve (Kate) of LaFayette, Daryl (Heidi) of Chittenango, and Christopher (Jennifer) of Fayetteville, along with several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Thursday, May 26th 4pm to 7pm at the Burns-Garfield Funeral Home 3175 East Genesee St. Syracuse with a service on Friday, May 27th at 10am at the Jamesville Community Church.
