Mitzi Esposito

November 26, 1934 — February 27, 2021

Mitzi (Mary) Esposito of Fayetteville passed away on Saturday February 27th, 2021 at her home surrounded by family. Mitzi was born in Orlando Fla. to the late Robert and Angela Brown. She graduated from Nottingham High School, worked at Smith Corona, and then retired from the Town of Manlius Assessors Office. She resided for the past 49 years in Fayetteville NY. "Grammie" dedicated her life to family, friends, and helping people. She loved family Sunday spaghetti dinners and attending all her grandchildren's events.
Mitzi was an avid reader and liked keeping up on current affairs. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Esposito of 63 years and their daughter Catherine Mary. She is survived by her children, Karen (Gary), Carolyn (Mark), Lena (Brian), Joseph (Mary) and 9 Grandchildren. Her sassiness, wit, sense of humor, will be sorely missed.
Services will be held Saturday, March 6th at the Immaculate Conception Church in Fayetteville NY. Calling hours are from 8:30 – 9:30 am with Funeral Mass to follow. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery.
Contributions may be made in Mitzi's name to St. Jude's Children Hospital, Smile Train, or a charity of your choice.
