John Robert Przybycien

John Robert (Bob) Przybycien, 76, of Liverpool, passed away on November 1, peacefully at home with his daughters at his side. He grew up with a close knit extended family and graduated from Central Tech. He worked at New Process Gear and retired after 33 years. He was a proud member of Local 624 United Auto Workers Union. Bob was a talented craftsman who enjoyed helping friends and family with at home projects and projects in his own home. After retirement he truly enjoyed spending time with family and friends at some of his favorite places: the beaches of Sandy Pond, Weeki Wachee, FL, the Rochester Resort, Fox Fire Golf Course, or cheering on his grandchildren at any of their events. 

 

Bob is survived by his daughters, Patricia (Chris) Perry and Dawn (Jon) Rochester. His grandchildren Maggie, Christopher, Jack, and Joseph. His brothers Gary Przybycien and Ron (Sherry) Przybycien along with his nieces and nephews. He is also survived by several cousins.

 

He was predeceased by his parents John and Estelle and brother James (Timmy).

 

The family would like to thank Upstate Hospital at Home Program with Nascentia Health for their amazing care and invaluable assistance after bringing Bob home from the hospital.

 

Family and friends may call from 2:00-4:00 pm, Sunday November 5, 2023 at Burns-Garfield Funeral Home, 3175 E Genesee St. , Syracuse. Funeral services will be held 10:00 am Monday, November 6 at the funeral home.
