Fritz Mueller of Henrietta passed away unexpectedly at his residence on November 27, 2017. Fritz was born and raised in Jamesville, NY, son of the late Fran and Trudy Mueller. He graduated from Jamesville-Dewitt High School in 1982 and graduated SUNY Brockport. He retired from Rochester Valve & Fitting in 2008.
He was an active member of the Henrietta Moose Lodge where he established many strong friendships with people he considered family. The Moose Lodge afforded him the opportunity to nurture his lifelong love of animals. He created their family center where he raised goats, chickens and pigeons. He loved to have the opportunity to take members and their children to pet and enjoy the animals.
Fritz enjoyed spending time with family and friends. While he and his brothers loved watching Syracuse University sports, they often had healthy debates about their favorite NFL teams. Fritz has always loved the Miami Dolphins and could be seen sporting Miami colors at many social events. In addition, Fritz was a beloved favorite uncle to his 7 nieces and nephews. He was known as the cool, fun uncle who allowed them to be mischievous.
Fritz was a kind, gentle soul. He was always willing to help anybody in need. The world has lost a good-hearted man.
He is survived by his brothers Francis (Kristen) Mueller of Marion, OH, Jim (Margaret) Mueller of Fabius, Matt of San Antonio, TX, Andrew of Syracuse and sisters Judy of LaFayette and Beth (Peter) of Navarino. Fritz will also be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews Matthew (Christina), McKayla, and Daniel (Michayla) Crump, Cody and Leigha Rogers, Katey and Hillary Mueller. In addition, Fritz is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
