Dortothy M. Pestillo, 96, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully June 21, 2018 at the Iroquois Nursing Home. Born in Forest City, Pa., Dorothy graduated as a Registered Nurse from Binghampton Hospital. Dorothy was an active member of the Cavalry Club where she was a member of the 18 hole golf league and bowling leagues. She was a masters duplicate bridge player and enjoyed playing the game during her time as a resident at the Nottingham.
She was predeceased by her husband Mario, three sisters and her brother. Dorothy is survived by her daughter Nancy (Peter) Ridley; Grandchildren Vincent (Kari) Ridley and Barbara (Thomas) Pierson; three great grandchildren Owen and Isabella Ridley and Chloe Pierson. Burial will be Private in St. Mary's Cemetery, Dewitt. www.burnsgarfield.com
