Dolores "Dolly" M. Adsit died peacefully at home on July 15, 2020 in Syracuse, NY. She was 83 Years old.
Mrs Adsit was born Dolores Jean Manley on November 26, 1936 in Malone, NY to parents Clarence Manley and Ethel (Bradish) Manley. She graduated from Franklin Academy in Malone, NY in 1954 and earned a Bachelors Degree in Education from SUNY Potsdam in 1958. She worked as a secretary in Baltimore, MD and at Our Lady of Solace School in Syracuse. She enjoyed watching TV and crocheting.
Mrs Adsit is survived by her children, Debra J. Adsit of Port Byron, NY; Diane M. Adsit of Port Byron, NY; William F. Adsit (Sandra) of Claremont, NC; Robert P Adsit (Deborah) of Westfield, NJ; brother Edward Manley (Sally) of Tuscon, AZ; grandchildren Brian, Courtney, Amanda and David. She was preceded in death by her husband Frederick V. Adsit.
Mrs Adsit will be interred at St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt, NY at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to CNY SPCA or the The Loretto Foundation in Syracuse.
