Constance Stelow

Coni Stelow, devoted Mother and "Grammy" to all who knew her, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025 at the age of 94. Born in Neenah, Wisconsin to the late Melvin and Martha Ziolkowski, Coni lived most of her life in Manassas, Virginia where she retired from the Manassas Medical Center.

Coni moved to East Syracuse to be with her family after retiring. She loved looking over the lake from her home in Erie Village. Everyone that passed by marveled at all of her beautiful flowers.

Coni leaves her loving spirit to be carried on by her daughter Chris Esposito and son-in-law Rick Esposito; Grandchildren Tracy and Toby Hann, Luke and Meg Esposito, Emily and Brandan McGee and five beautiful great-grandchildren; Max, Sam, Charlie, Esmae and Millie, and all of her family in Virginia.

Coni was predeceased by her sister Mary Allison and her great grandson Matthew Hann.

Our family would like to thank the wonderful aids and nurses at Menorah Park who cared for Coni for the past two and a half years. There are several we will always remember for their love and appreciation of Coni's humor and spirit.

We cannot thank them enough.

A private celebration of Coni's life was held by her family.
