Born in El Cristo, Cuba, Ana attended of Santiago and earned a degree in Elementary School Teaching. She taught elementary school for six years. Ana married her husband, Buenaventura Corona on April 8, 1961. Ana and her husband left Cuba and lived in Spain for alomost one year. They arrived in Syracuse NY on December 20, 1967. Five years later, on December 20, 1972 they bought their home in Fayetteville. Ana and Corona had been hapily married for 50 years at the time of Corona's death.
A life long Baptist, Ana was a member of First Baptist Church of Syracuse until she moved to Fayetteville . The rest of her life, she was a vital member of the First Baptist Church of Manlius.
Ana is survived by her sons Ruben (Dawn) and David. Her Grandsons Nicholas and Zarchary; Great grandsons Matteo, Lorenzo and Milo. Donations may be made to the scholarship fund at First Baptist Church of Manlius.
